Check In With Yourself

You need to check in with yourself. It is vital for your mental health and well-being. Day in and Day Out you have other people’s voices in your head that your voice is drowned out. Take time for yourself. Ask yourself:

What is true?

Are you letting my feelings make decisions for me?

Are you working on a project you truly desire to work on?

Are you entertaining negative energy?

What is the bigger picture?

Are you living for just the temporary moment and not the bigger picture?

Are you taking your goals piece by piece or are you stressing yourself out by trying to do everything at once?
